Muay Thai is a striking mixed martial art that originated in Thailand. It is recognised globally as a highly efficient fitness program and fighting martial arts courses that is ideal for kids, teenagers and adults of any age group. Usually, classes are held at the centre in groups of around 15 people which could be a mixed group of adults or teens. The lessons imparted to the practitioners cover how to use their fists, elbows, knees and feet as weapons.
